PODRAVKA Inc., Ante Starčevića 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252 (the Company),  hereby notifies that Davor Doko, Member of the Management board of PODRAVKA Inc., on December 5^th 2022 released 600 ordinary shares of the Company by trading on Zagreb Stock Exchange and on December 6^th 2022 released 1,900 ordinary shares of the Company by trading on Zagreb Stock Exchange.
