Release of own shares - Notice on 6.12.2022

PODRAVKA Inc., Ante Starčevića 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252 (the Company), hereby notifies that on December 2nd 2022, released 2,500 ordinary shares of the Company with the ticker PODR-R-A, which represents 0.035112% of the Company's share capital and on December 5th 2022, released 2,500 ordinary shares of the Company with the ticker PODR-R-A, which represents 0.035112% of the Company's share capital.

Pursuant to the above, based on the Company share purchase right, Davor Doko, Member of the Management Board of PODRAVKA Inc., purchased from the Company 5,000 shares at an average weighted price for the year 2017 of HRK 352.15 per share, which amounted to a total of HRK 1,760,750.00.

After mentioned release of the shares, the treasury account of the Company holds 89,378 of the own shares, which is 1.255308% of the Company's share capital.
