Release of own shares - Notice on 25.10.2022

PODRAVKA Inc., Ante Starčevića 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252 (Company) hereby notifies that on October 24 th, 2022, the Company released 2,500 ordinary shares of the Company with the ticker PODR-R-A, which represents 0.035112 % of the Company's share capital.

Pursuant to the above, based on the Company share purchase right, the former manager purchased from the Company 2,500 shares at an average weighted price for the year 2019 of HRK 429.13 per share, which amounted to a total of HRK 1,072,825.00.

After mentioned release of the shares, the treasury account of the Company holds 101,022 of the own shares, which is 1.418848% of the Company's share capital.
