Purchase of treasury shares

On January 20, 2009 Central Depository Agency system registered a transfer of 2.629 shares to the treasury account of PODRAVKA d.d.

After the transaction performed, the treasury account of PODRAVKA d.d. holds 158,449 of own shares, which is 2.92% of Podravka d.d. equity.
