Purchase of treasury shares

On October 30 2008 Central Depository Agency registered a transfer of 3,000 shares to the treasury account of PODRAVKA d.d. After the transaction performed, the treasury account of PODRAVKA d. d. holds 88,028 of own shares, which is 1.62% of issued shares.
