Purchase of treasury shares

On November 14, 2008 Central Depository Agency system registered a transfer of 400 shares to the treasury account of PODRAVKA d.d.

After the transaction performed, the treasury account of PODRAVKA d.d. holds 93,630 of own shares, which is 1.74% of Podravka d.d. equity.
