Purchase of treasury shares

On January 27, 2008 Central Depository Agency system registered a transfer of 3,000 from the treasury account of Podravka d.d.
After the transaction performed, the treasury account of PODRAVKA d. d. holds 175, 397 of own shares, which is 3,24% of issued shares.
