Purchase of treasury shares

On December 12, 2008 Central Depository Agency system registered a transfer of 300 shares to the treasury account of PODRAVKA d.d.

After the transaction performed, the treasury account of PODRAVKA d.d. holds 147,998 of own shares, which is 2.77% of Podravka d.d. equity.
