Purchase of treasury shares

On December 17, 2008 Central Depository Agency system registered a transfer of 1.299 shares to the treasury account of PODRAVKA d.d.

After the transaction performed, the treasury account of PODRAVKA d.d. holds 149,297 of own shares, which is 2.75% of Podravka d.d. equity.
