Purchase of treasury shares

Pursuant to stipulations in the Capital Market Law and the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, we would like to inform you that the Central Depository Agency has registered on February 3rd 2009 a transfer of the 914 shares to the treasury account of PODRAVKA Inc.

After the mentioned transaction was performed, the treasury account of PODRAVKA Inc. on February 3rd 2009 holds 177.511 of the own shares, which is 3,28% of PODRAVKA Inc. equity.
