Purchase of own shares
After the transactions performed, on 10 September 2007 the treasury account of the Issuer holds 25,022 of own shares, which is 0.46 % of the capital of Podravka d.d.
On 7 September 2007 Central Depositary Agency system registered a transfer of 1,098 of own shares and on 10 September 2007 registered a transfer of additional 1,979 own shares to treasury account of Podravke d.d.
After the transactions performed, on 10 September 2007 the treasury account of the Issuer holds 25,022 of own shares, which is 0.46 % of the capital of Podravka d.d.
