Purcahase of treasury shares

On January 7, 2009 Central Depository Agency system registered a transfer of 629 shares to the treasury account of PODRAVKA d.d.

After the transaction performed, the treasury account of PODRAVKA d.d. holds 155,706 of own shares, which is 2.87% of Podravka d.d. equity.
