Pursuant to the Capital Market Law and the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, we hereby inform you that during public auctions for selling the shares MRNA-R-A held and executed on 9^th July 2015 via trading system of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Inc., as ordered by the HITA-VRIJEDNOSNICE Inc., PODRAVKA Inc. acquired 42,852 shares of the company Mirna d.d. from Rovinj, Giordano Paliaga 8, which is 11,64 % of totally issued shares by the stated Company.
