PBZ Croatia osiguranje MPF purchased Podravka shares

In accordance with the provisions of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, we hereby inform you that Mr Dubravko Štimac, member of the Supervisory Board of PODRAVKA d.d. and President of the PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE d.d. Board for managing the Compulsory Pension Fund, has on 21 August 2008 on behalf and for the account of the Compulsory Pension Fund PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE bought 16 shares of PODRAVKA d.d. at the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
