Notification of approval for acquisition of 100% business share of PODRAVKA LLC Ljubljana - Notice on 29.5.2025.

At today's meeting of the Supervisory Board of PODRAVKA Inc., an intra-group transaction was approved, through which PODRAVKA Inc. will acquire 100% of the business share in PODRAVKA LLC Ljubljana. Until now, PODRAVKA LLC Ljubljana was  owned by ŽITO LLC Ljubljana, which is part of the Podravka Group.

With this transaction PODRAVKA Inc. will become the direct owner of PODRAVKA LLC Ljubljana, as is the case with other sales companies within the Podravka Group.

The expected date for the transfer of the business share of PODRAVKA LLC Ljubljana to PODRAVKA Inc. is July 1^st 2025.
