Notification of appointment of the Member of the Management Board of BELUPO Inc.

At the session of the Supervisory Board of BELUPO Inc. held on September 3^rd 2025 a decision on appointment Mr. Nenad Pavletić as the third Member of the Management Board of BELUPO Inc.  was reached.

Mr. Pavletić՚s term of the appointment begins on September 15^th 2025 and shall terminate upon the expiry of the term of the Management Board of BELUPO Inc. as a whole, May 3^rd 2028.
