Regarding the received Inquiry of the Zagreb Stock Exchange dated on 24th of March 2020 about privileged information regarding increased volatility in PODR stock trading, considering that on 24th March 2020 the price of PODRAVKA Inc. (hereinafter: Company) share with the ticker PODR has changed, our response is as follows:

On March 23rd 2020 the Company announced holding of the sessions of the Management Board and Supervisory Board, making the Proposal of decision on the profit allocation of PODRAVKA Inc. for the year 2019 and other decisions, and the publication of the prescribed annual financial and other reports for 2019 and the Invitation to the General Assembly with proposed resolutions to be decided.

The Company is not aware of any other privileged information, circumstances or facts that affects or could affect the price of its shares, listed on the market, and that do not arise from information already known to the public or previously reported to the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
