Notice on the release of own shares - regulated information on 13.6.2023

PODRAVKA Inc., Ante Starčevića 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252 (the Company), hereby notifies that on June 9th 2023, released 2.500 ordinary shares of the Company with the ticker PODR-R-A, which represents 0.035112% of the Company's share capital.

Pursuant to the above, based on the Company share purchase right, Milan Tadić, Member of the Management Board of the Company purchased from the Company 2.500 shares at an average weighted price for the year 2019 of EUR 56.96 per share, which amounted to a total of EUR 142,400.00.

After mentioned release of the shares, the treasury account of the Company holds 108,334 of the own shares, which is 1,521544% of the Company's share capital.
