• January 24^th, 2024, have been acquired 100 own shares with the ticker PODR-R-A,
• January 25^th, 2024, have been acquired 150 own shares with the ticker PODR-R-A.

After mentioned acquisition of own shares, the treasury account of the Company holds 89.490 of the own shares, which represents 1.256881% of the Company's share capital.
