• January 22nd, 2024, have been acquired 300 own shares with the ticker PODR-R-A,
• January 23rd, 2024, have been acquired 150 own shares with the ticker PODR-R-A.

After mentioned acquisition of own shares, the treasury account of the Company holds 89.240 of the own shares, which represents 1.253370% of the Company's share capital.
