Pursuant to to the Capital Market Law and the Article 160 of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, Podravka Inc. hereby informs that on 18th July 2013, the company Management Board and Supervisory Board held its sessions and adopted the non-audited Consolidated Financial Statements of Podravka Group for the period 1st January to 30th June 2013.

Podravka Group non-audited consolidated Financial Statements for the period 1st January to 30th June 2013 will be published at the Zagreb Stock Exchange, HANFA, HINA and Podravka Inc. web site.
