PODRAVKA Inc., Ante Starčevića 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252 (the Company), hereby notifies that Milan Tadić, member of the Management board of PODRAVKA Inc. on August 24th 2023 released 280 ordinary shares of the Company, on August 25th 2023 released 318 ordinary shares of the Company and August 28th released 682 ordinary shares of the Company by trading on Zagreb Stock Exchange.
