Notice on participation in SEE Regional Capital Markets Conference

Pursuant to Article 134 of the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange we would like to inform you that PODRAVKA d.d. will participate in "SEE Regional Capital Markets Conference" for investors.

The above mentioned conference will take place in Belgrade on May 21^st 2009 and it is arranged by stock exchanges from Ljubljana, Zagreb, Sarajevo, Banja Luka, Podgorica, Skopje and Belgrade.

PODRAVKA d.d. will make its presentation and meetings with investors who show their interest will be arranged.
