Notice of changes in voting rights - PBZ CO
Pursuant to the Article 428 and 441 of the Capital Market Law, PODRAVKA Inc., Ante Starčević 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252, hereby informs that the company PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE Inc. for management of Compulsory Pension Funds has provided to PODRAVKA Inc. as the issuer on 27th July 2015 the Notice of changes in voting rights for:
- for PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE Compulsory Pension Fund category A and
- for PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE Compulsory Pension Fund category B.
Based on the mentioned Notice, PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE Compulsory Pension Fund category A and PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE Compulsory Pension Fund category B, have in total exceeded the threshold of 10 % share voting rights in the issuer of shares PODRAVKA Inc. on 24th July 2015.
After the completion of the recapitalization process of the issuer PODRAVKA Inc, PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE Compulsory Pension Fund category A has 10.753 shares of PODRAVKA Inc. and PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE Compulsory Pension Fund category B has 754.202 shares of PODRAVKA Inc. and in total exceeds the 10% threshold of the voting rights in PODRAVKA Inc.
Before the share capital increase, the total share of both funds in PODRAVKA Inc. was 9.04 %, and after the share capital increase procedure the share increased to10.74 %.
