Notice of changes in voting rights
Pursuant to the Article 428 and 441 of the Capital Market Law, PODRAVKA Inc., Ante Starčević 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252, hereby informs that the Raiffeisen company for management of mandatory and voluntary pension funds Inc. has provided to PODRAVKA Inc. as the issuer the Notice of changes in voting rights for:
- Raiffeisen mandatory pension fund of A category,
- Raiffeisen mandatory pension fund of B category,
- Raiffeisen voluntary pension fund,
- Closed voluntary pension fund Novinar,
- Closed voluntary pension fund Ericsson Nikola Tesla,
- Closed voluntary pension fund of Hrvatski liječnički sindikat (Croatian Medical Union) and
- Closed voluntary pension fund T-HT.
Based on the mentioned Notice mentioned funds have in total exceeded the threshold of 5 % share voting rights in the issuer of shares PODRAVKA Inc. on 30th July 2015.
After the completion of the recapitalization process of the issuer PODRAVKA Inc, Raiffeisen mandatory pension fund of A category has 8,495 shares of PODRAVKA Inc., Raiffeisen mandatory pension fund of B category has 375,448 shares of PODRAVKA Inc., Raiffeisen voluntary pension fund has 29,859 shares of PODRAVKA Inc., Closed voluntary pension fund Novinar has 510 shares of PODRAVKA Inc., Closed voluntary pension fund Ericsson Nikola Tesla has 762 shares of PODRAVKA Inc., Closed voluntary pension fund of Hrvatski liječnički sindikat (Croatian Medical Union) has 705 shares of PODRAVKA Inc. and Closed voluntary pension fund T-HT has 643 shares of PODRAVKA Inc. and in total exceeds the 5% threshold of the voting rights in PODRAVKA Inc.
After the share capital increas the total share of mentioned funds in PODRAVKA Inc. amount 416,422 shares or 5.85 %.
