Notice concerning acquisition of shares in PODRAVKA d.d.
Based on the notice received from the company ERSTE PLAVI, the pension fund managed by ERSTE d.o.o. the company that manages Mandatory Pension Fund, pursuant to provisions in the Capital Market Law and in Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange we would like to inform you on the following:
1 ISSUER: Podravka d.d., Ante Starčevića 32, 48000 Koprivnica, MBS (company's (court) registration number ) 010006549, the Chairman of the Management Board Zdravko Šestak;
2 OWNER OF ISSUER'S SHARES: Erste Plavi - Mandatory Pension Fund represented by Erste d.o.o. - the company that manages Mandatory Pension Fund;
3 REPRESENTATIVE OF THE OWNER OF SHARES: Erste d.o.o. - the company that manages Mandatory Pension Fund, Ivana Lučića 2A, 10000 Zagreb, MBS 080407542, the Chairman of the Management Board Petar Vlaić;
4 The Fund acquired above-mentioned shares through purchase on the Zagreb Stock Exchange;
5 Document on the basis of which the 5% threshold has been reached: Transaction documents concerning purchase of PODR-R-A shares on the Zagreb Stock Exchange, Statement of custodial account as of 16th February 2009;
6 NUMBER OF VOTING RIGHTS EXCEEDING THE 5% THRESHOLD: 1,083 shares/voting rights in absolute numbers, 0.02% relatively;
7 TOTAL NUMBER OF VOTING RIGHTS: in absolute figures 271,939 shares, each share represents one vote, 5.02% relatively.
8 The threshold prescribed by the Law has been reached on 16th February 2009.
