PODRAVKA Food Processing Industry Inc. with headquarters in Koprivnica, Ante Starcevica 32, Croatia (the Issuer), hereby releases information regarding developments related to COVID-19, in terms of the ESMA’s recommendations dated of March 11, 2020, to issuers and financial participants on capital market in regards to their business activities given the impact of COVID-19 virus.

Due to unpredictable nature of COVID-19 and consequently the impossibility of accurately predicting further developments in this regard, it is premature to make any estimates regarding the potential impact of COVID-19 on the Issuer's business in the upcoming period. At this moment, we are not aware of relevant pertaining information regarding the impact of COVID19 on the underlying factors, prospects or financial situation of the Issuer.

As a company known for its corporate social responsibility, the Issuer closely monitors the further development of COVID-19 situation both on the territory of the Republic of Croatia and globally, and accordingly undertakes appropriate measures that are focused on ensuring continuity of its business. The Issuer shall disclose all relevant important information regarding the impact of COVID-19 on the Issuer's underlying factors, prospects or financial situation in accordance with the regulations in force.
