Closing of the transaction for the sale of the Confectionery business unit

Following the previous notice dated July 23, 2025, “Podravka's Žito sells confectionery business and strengthens focus on bakery”, the company PODRAVKA Inc. Ante Starčević Str. No 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252 hereby notifies that on December 1^st , 2025, the company UPI STAR SEE d.o.o., Ljubljana paid the purchase price to the company ŽITO d.o.o., Ljubljana for the purchase of 100% of the share in the company Šumi Gorenjka d.o.o., which fulfilled all the conditions of the purchase agreement, and the transaction was closed.
