Central Clearing Depository Agency Inc.- increase of PODRAVKA Inc. company share capital – Notice

Pursuant to the provisions of the Capital Market Law, Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, and based on the Article 89, and regarding Article 90, item 2 of the Rules of the Central Clearing Depository Agency (hereinafter: CCDA), Certificate by the Zagreb Stock Exchange issued on 27th July 2015 and Ruling passed by the Commercial Court in Varaždin (no.Tt-15/2691-2), we hereby inform that on 28th July 2015 CCDA for the Company PODRAVKA Inc., PIN: 18928523252 (hereinafter: Company) noticed that CCDA will on 30thJuly 2015 in its information system implement the registration on the share capital increase of the Company.

After this increase, in information system of CCDA the share capital will be HRK 1.566.400.660,00 and will be divided to 7.120.003 regular shares labeled PODR-R-A of an individual nominal amount of HRK 220.00.
