Amendment to the Events Calendar for 2026 - notice on 3.3.2026.

Pursuant to Art. 137 of the Exchange Rules, PODRAVKA Inc. hereby publishes its amended Events Calendar for 2026 by changing the date of publication of the Audited consolidated and unconsolidated annual Financial statements for 2025., Report of sustainability, Annual Report and Auditor's Report, Resolution proposal on the profit distribution for the year 2025 which will be published on March, 31st 2026 instead April 28th 2026.

General Assembly will be held on June, 9th 2026 instead June, 15th 2026.

Presentation of Podravka Group's Annual Report for the year 2025 will be held in April, 2026 instead May, 2026.
