According to the Article 10. of enclosed Notification, voting rights of the company Allianz ZB o.o. društvo za upravljanje obveznim mirovinskim fondom and/or Allianz ZB d.o.o. društvo za upravljanje dobrovoljnim mirovinskim fondovima in PODRAVKA Inc. remain unaffected.
