Acquisition of PODRAVKA Inc. shares - Notice

Pursuant to the Article 464 of the Capital Market Law

Pursuant to the provisions of Article 19 of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 on market abuse, Article 464 of the Capital Market Law and Article 114 of the Stock Exchange Rules, PODRAVKA Inc., Ante Starčevića 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252 (the Company), hereby notifies that on 20th January 2017, Mr. Mihovil Pobi, Risk Manager in Treasury,  acquired 53 ordinary shares of the Company with the ticker PODR-R-A at the price of HRK 282,00 for 19 shares and at the price of HRK 283.50 for 34 shares.

Herein mentioned acquisition of the shares of PODRAVKA Inc. is executed by trading on the Zagreb Stock Exchange - through the authorised broker Podravska banka d.d.
