Acquisition of PODRAVKA Inc. shares - Notice
Pursuant to the Capital Market Law and the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, and considering the fact that Mr. Dubravko Štimac is the president of PODRAVKA Inc. Supervisory Board and also president of the Management Board of PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE Joint Stock Company for Compulsory Pension Funds management, PODRAVKA Inc., Ante Starčević 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252, hereby informs that PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE Joint Stock Company for Compulsory Pension Funds management has acquired ordinary shares of PODRAVKA Inc. of the PODR-R-A ticker by trading at the Zagreb Stock Exchange for PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE Compulsory Pension Fund category B as follows:
- on 23rd December 2015 - 32 ordinary shares of PODRAVKA Inc. at an average price of HRK 320.38 and
- on 28th December 2015 – 2,871 ordinary shares of PODRAVKA Inc. at an average price of HRK 324.57.
