Acquisition of PODRAVKA Inc. shares - Notice
Pursuant to the Capital Market Law and the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, and considering the fact that Mr. Petar Vlaić is the member of PODRAVKA Inc. Supervisory Board and also president of the Management Board of Erste d.o.o. mandatory and voluntary pension funds management company, PODRAVKA Inc., Ante Starčevića 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252, hereby informs that Erste d.o.o. mandatory and voluntary pension funds management company acquired ordinary shares of PODRAVKA Inc. of the PODR-R-A ticker as follows:
- for Erste Plavi Obligatory Pension Fund Category A has acquired 850 shares,
- for Erste Plavi Obligatory Pension Fund Category B has acquired 150,303 shares,
- for Erste Plavi Expert Voluntary Pension Fund has acquired 7,871 shares and
- for Zatvoreni dobrovoljni cestarski Pension Fund has acquired 223 shares.
Shares have been acquired at price of HRK 300.00 per share, on 24th July 2015 - pursuant to the Ruling by the Commercial Court in Varaždin on entry of the resolution on share capital increase and amendments to the Company Articles of Association for PODRAVKA Inc. (no: Tt-15/2691-2) passed 24th July 2015.
