Supervisory Board and also president of the Management Board of Erste d.o.o. mandatory and voluntary pension funds management company, PODRAVKA Inc., Ante Starčevića 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252, hereby informs that Erste d.o.o. mandatory and voluntary pension funds management company, by trading at the Zagreb Stock Exchange on 3rd June 2015, for Erste Plavi Expert Voluntary Pension Fund has acquired 281 ordinary shares of PODRAVKA Inc. of the PODR-R-A ticker at average price of HRK 312,14 HRK.
