Supervisory Board and also president of the Management Board of Erste d.o.o. mandatory and voluntary pension funds management company, PODRAVKA Inc., Ante Starčevića 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252, hereby informs that Erste d.o.o. mandatory and voluntary pension funds management company by trading at the Zagreb Stock Exchange has acquired ordinary shares of PODRAVKA Inc. of the PODR-R-A ticker as follows:
on 20th May 2015:
- for Erste Plavi Obligatory Pension Fund Category A has acquired 11 shares at an average price of HRK 305.00,
on 21st May 2015:
- for Erste Plavi Obligatory Pension Fund Category A has acquired 2.595 shares at an average price of HRK 309.98,
- for Erste Plavi Expert Voluntary Pension Fund has acquired 656 shares at average price of HRK 309.98 and
- for Zatvoreni dobrovoljni cestarski Pension Fund has acquired 97 shares at an average price of HRK 309.98.
