Acquisition of Podravka Inc. shares - notice

Pursuant to the Capital Market Law and the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, and considering the fact that Mr. Petar Vlaić is the member of Podravka Inc. Supervisory Board and also procurator of Erste DMD d.o.o. voluntary pension funds management company, Podravka Inc., Ante Starčevića 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252, hereby informs that Erste DMD d.o.o. voluntary pension funds management company has acquired for Zatvoreni dobrovoljni cestarski pension fund ordinary shares of Podravka Inc. of the PODR-R-A ticker by trading at the Zagreb Stock Exchange as follows:

• on 11th August 2014 - 50 ordinary shares of Podravka Inc. at an everage price of HRK 296,26 HRK and
• on 12ve August 2014 - 120 ordinary shares of Podravka Inc. at an everage price of HRK 297,02 HRK.
