PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE Joint Stock Company for Compulsory Pension Funds Management by trading at the Zagreb Stock Exchange on 10th December 2014 for PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE Compulsory Pension Fund category B has acquired ordinary shares of Podravka Inc. of the PODR-R-A ticker as follows:

• 15 shares at an average price of HRK 276.31 per share and
• 8 shares at an average price of HRK 276.51 per share.
