Supervisory Board and also president of the Management Board of PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE Joint Stock Company for Compulsory Pension Funds Management, Podravka Inc., Ante Starčević 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252, hereby informs that the PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE Joint Stock Company for Compulsory Pension Funds Management by trading at the Zagreb Stock Exchange on 27th February 2015 for PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE Compulsory Pension Fund - category A has acquired ordinary shares of Podravka Inc. of the PODR-R-A ticker as follows:

• 100 shares at an average price of HRK 306.89 per share,
• 211 shares at an average price of HRK 306.90 per share and
• 1,016 shares at an average price of HRK 307.00 per share.
