- Martina Dalić, president of the Management Board of PODRAVKA Inc. aquired 581 shares with the ticker PODR-R-A,
- Davor Doko, member of the Management Board of PODRAVKA Inc. aquired 403 shares with the ticker PODR-R-A,
- Ljiljana Šapina, member of the Management Board of PODRAVKA Inc. aquired 397 shares with the ticker PODR-R-A.
