Podravka prehrambena industrija d.d., Croatia and Nestlé World Trade Corporation, Switzerland have entered into a Sales, Logistics and Distribution Agreement regarding certain products of the Nestlé group to be sold in the territory of Republic of Croatia, Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (including Montenegro and Kosovo) and Republic of Macedonia.

The overall sales, logistics and distribution of these Nestlé products in the above mentioned markets/countries shall commence as of 1 January 2003.

The companies, Podravka prehrambena industrija d.d. and Nestlé World Trade Corporation, have agreed on the contemplated cooperation in order to make their business operations in the territory more efficient for the benefit of both companies as well as their respective consumers.
