Pursuant to the Capital Market Law and the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, we hereby announce that the sessions of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board of PODRAVKA Inc. will be held on 15th February 2016 in order to consider the unaudited Financial Statements of PODRAVKA Group and PODRAVKA Inc. for the period 1st January to 31st December 2015.
