Pursuant to the Capital Market Law,the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules and Resolution on acquiring own shares by the Company  adopted on 15th February 2016, PODRAVKA Inc., Ante Starčević 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252 (Company) announces the acquisition of 56 own shares, which is an amount of 0.0007 of share capital of the Company.

After stated acquisition Company has 186,207 own shares, which represents 2.61% of share capital of the Company.

Shares have been acquired by trading at the Zagreb Stock Exchange on 18th May 2016 at an average price of HRK 340.01 per share.

The purpose of the acquisition is implementing the ESOP program and realization of the management and employees remuneration plan, compliant to the Company remuneration policy.
