Cherry Fruit Soup

Surprise your guests with low calory soup made of fruits as a real refreshment in a hot summer day. Originaly Hungaryan recipe uses cooking cream and lot of sugar, but we recommend instead a light rice milk and Diekal sweetener.

Cherry Fruit Soup

Ingredients

  • 300 g frozen sour cherries without seeds
  • 300 ml water
  • 4 tablets of Diekal sweetener
  • 1 Vanilla sugar Dolcela
  • 200 ml rice milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vegeta
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon Gussnel Dolcela starch flour

Preparation

  1. Pour water over sour cherries , add Diekal sweetener and cook for 5 minutes
  2. Half of sour cherries mince in an electric food processor and return to the bowl with other sour cherries and juice.
  3. Add vanilla sugar, rice milk, Vegeta, salt and starch flour mixed with little water and cook all for about one minute.

Serving: The fruit soup of sour cherries serve chilled.

Advice: You may add 100 g peeled and grated apples to the soup.
