
Preparation
- Drain corn and add to grated carrots, sliced spring onions, parsley and Vegeta Natur Chilli. Mix well, add flour, mix and leave about 10 minutes to combine.
- Shape patties from the prepared mixture and fry in a pan in a little hot oil, a few minutes on both sides until golden.
- To make the sauce, mix Greek yogurt with olive oil, Vegeta Natur Chilli and lemon zest.
Serving: Dip patties into sauce and enjoy.
Advice: You can replace part of the flour with Žito chickpea or buckwheat flour.
