Preparation
Drain corn and add to grated carrots, sliced spring onions, parsley and Vegeta Natur Chilli. Mix well, add flour, mix and leave about 10 minutes to combine. Shape patties from the prepared mixture and fry in a pan in a little hot oil, a few minutes on both sides until golden. To make the sauce, mix Greek yogurt with olive oil, Vegeta Natur Chilli and lemon zest.
Serving: Dip patties into sauce and enjoy.
Advice: You can replace part of the flour with Žito chickpea or buckwheat flour.
