
Preparation
- Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water.
- While spaghetti is cooking, thinly slice onion and zucchini.
- In a wide pan, fry onion in hot oil until translucent. Add zucchini and fry together while stirring.
- Add crushed garlic, lemon juice and Vegeta Natur. Add in the drained spaghetti.
Serving: Remove from heat, and serve sprinkled with grated cheese.
Advice: The dish will have a special aroma if you sprinkle it with toasted pine nuts.
