Leek, carrot and potato patties

Ingredients

  • 350 g leeks
  • 450 g carrots
  • 300 g potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Vegeta Natur universal
  • 100 g Podravka dark flour
  • 100 g Podravka bread crumbs
  • pinch of salt
  • frying oil

Preparation

  1. Clean and wash leeks, slice into rounds and place in a pot.
  2. Peel carrots and potatoes, cut into cubes and add to leek. Cover with water and add a pinch of salt. Bring to the boil, lower heat and cook covered about 15 minutes.
  3. Drain cooked vegetables well, mix in flour and 50 g bread crumbs.
  4. Mix well and shape patties with hands.
  5. Dredge patties in remaining bread crumbs and fry in hot oil until golden.

Serving: Serve patties with cooked rice and a seasonal salad.

Advice: You can replace carrot with pumpkin, leeks with kale or combine other vegetations to your liking.
