Grilled neck of pork

Quick and easy barbecued neck of pork marinated with a special grill marinade and beer, and served with grilled vegetables for a perfect picnic.

Grilled neck of pork

Ingredients

  • 1 kg pork neck cut into thick fillets (2 cm)
  • 1 Vegeta Grill BBQ meat 30 g
  • 200 ml dark beer
  • 30 ml oil

Preparation

  1. Sprinkle Vegeta Grill BBQ meat on the fillets and leave to rest for about 30 minutes.
  2. Grill on medium heat, flipping from time to time and basting with beer until the pork neck fillets are done and golden brown.
  3. Remove from the grill and slice, drizzle over with oil, cover and rest before serving to allow all the flavours to blend.

Serving: Serve with grilled vegetables.

Advice: Put 1-2 sprigs of rosemary on hot coals to make the pork even more aromatic. Make sure to cut through the thin sinew with a sharp knife to prevent the meat from shrinking.
