Three-colour rice is parboiled mix of red and Indian rice which makes a perfect combination of aroma and tastes, while its colourfull appearance inspires gourmets for preparing various delicious dishes.

Quick and simple preparation • Multiple usage

1. Rinse the rice and pour it in boiling and salty water ( 1 cup of rice to 2,5 cups of water). 2. Cover and let it simmer for about 14-17 minutes until the rice softens 3. Rinse off the excess of water and serve.
