To avoid an endless bread making process, we have produced this practic three-cereal bread mix to make the process as easy as possible.

Each flour has its specific role: wheat flour (graham flour and semi-white flour) gives the bread the volume and fibres, corn flour makes the bread delicious, and rye flour prolongues the bread freshness. Knead, bake and enjoy the taste - this trilogy always has a happy ending!

Directions: Baking in the oven: Pour water into a mixer bowl with 500 g of the mix and one packaging of instant yeast (or 20 g of fresh yeast). Mix by hand or with electric mixer (at middle speed) until the dough is well blended. Let the dough rest for 50 minutes in a warm place, then replace it and shape at your choice and let rest again for 30-40 minutes. Bake on the greased baking pan in preheated oven to 200 °C for about 45 minutes. Smear the baked bread with margarine and let it cool. Baking in the bread-making machine: pour the water in the bread bucket, add 500 g of bread mix where you have previously added instant yeast. Put the bucket in the bread-making machine and press the desired button. When the bread is baked, take it out from the bucket and leave it to cool. 500 g mixture (1/2 packaging) 7 g Dolcela instant yeast or 20 g fresh yeast 3,0 - 3,5 dl lukewarm water

Ingredients: Wheat flour, instant corn flour, rye flour, wheat whole grain flour, gluten flour, table salt, emulsfier emulgator (mono and diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), raising agents (glucono-delta-lactone, sodium bicarbonate), flour treatment agent (ascorbic acid). May contain eggs, milk and sesame seeds.
